The major role of the Account Management Group (AMG) is, as the representative of our clients' interests, to lead teamwork with in-house and external staff members. Communication activities always require us to break out of the mold, not to remain in the traditional mold. To make a campaign successful, we need to organically keep the team focused across all divisions and departments throughout the process from planning and execution.
When our Japanese client launches their ads across overseas markets, we team up with JWT offices around the world so that we quickly put the Japan team in touch with clients in the target countries. This way we can lead the team to proceed with tailoring the project to each of the markets. Free from the boundaries between in-house departments, the AMG today come up with and put out ideas as well as creative suggestions, encouraging each other to articulate views, opinions, and ideas, regardless of age and titles. Also, we try to identify issues and challenges through workshops with our clients in order to provide solutions that may require other approaches than ads. This environment is the source of our big ideas.
