As a member of WPP Group, one of the world's largest communications groups, J. Walter Thompson Japan G.K. (hereinafter referred to as JWT Japan) provides clients with worthwhile and excellent works in accordance with WPP's business principles and rules. We at JWT Japan acknowledge personal information as our informational asset and precious assets of our clients. We set the Policy for Personal Information Protection as below and exert effort in implementing it.
| 1. | With regard to the all personal information handled in the course of business operation, JWT Japan shall set rules and regulations concerning the management system of personal information protection and shall implement them properly in order to comply with laws relating to personal information, policy set out by the central government, and other regulations. |

| 2. | In obtaining the personal information, JWT Japan shall clarify the purpose of use and whether such information is to be provided to the third party or not, and with consent of the person him/herself, it shall take measures to ensure the use in accordance with the purpose and prevent the use for purposes other than the original intent. |
| 3. | If JWT Japan entrusts all or part of operation that deals with personal information, or provides personal information to the third party, JWT Japan shall select the entrusted company or the third party based on its own standards examining if they meet necessary protection standards and shall apply such standards properly by contract etc. |
| 4. | JWT Japan shall take reasonable preventive measures against unauthorized access to personal information, as well as loss, damage, falsification and leak of personal information, and shall take appropriate corrective measures should there arise any issue. |
| 5. | JWT Japan shall, without delay, respond to complaints and consultation concerning personal information as well as requests made by the person him/herself for disclosure, correction, elimination, and termination of use of the personal information in question. |
| 6. | JWT Japan shall exert efforts in continuously reviewing and improving the internal control system (management system) for personal information protection. |
